This module allows you to create different identity card or licenses. Individual card types can be designed. Then the have an expire date and a status if they are valid or not. With a card printer the cards can be printed. A QR code with the URL of the card is procuced, this allows to scan the code on the card, then it will link to WinOps and will show if this card is still valid. With this system it is possible to revoke identity cards or badges to comply with a hight level of security standards. This module has been developed or airport mamagement companies, used now as well for airlines. A good use case would be the cabin crew attestation.
Creates flights and rotations based on IATA format. In this module the schedule of a definded period can be created very fast, with the help of virtual aircrafts the resource management can be done easily. Help of a grafical interface, the free capacity can be dedected easily. In addition, exepteions to the schedule message can be entered. Accountant
Crewmembers may state their wishes and requests online. This is confirmed or denied by the Crew Planner. Confirmed flights or options are visible on the same screen to facilitate planning. The timeline is rolling. An overview of off days, holidays, flight hours etc. are visible in the same view. All training entered in the Training Course Planning Module is visible. For each duty a default start and end time may be entered and will be copied in the Duty Control in order to be compliant with EU-OPS 1.
It allows you to add one or multiple aircraft for each different duty. Therefore you don’t have to define duties for each aircraft or group of aircraft.
It allows for each schedule to have different user rights, meaning that each aircraft may allow Crew planning by different persons. Before releasing a roster different checks will be done. After releasing the roster crews can see their Roster with the Crew schedule view.
In addition each crewmember can add and edit certain duties by themselves, for example: office or private duties. This allows the operator to be completely compliant with EU-OPS 1. Reports about crew duties can be printed.
